How do I take the ritual?
Halo at 7 AM, Clear at 11 AM, Ease at 3 PM, Dusk at 9 PM. One of each, every day. Consistency matters more than the exact minute.
Can I take just one step?
Yes. Each step stands on its own. The four step set covers the whole day and costs less than buying the steps one by one.
When will I notice anything?

Is it right for me if I am pregnant or take medication?
